By ordering from Cupcake City 813, you agree to the terms below. They’re short on purpose.
Who we are
Cupcake City 813 is a bakery located at 4012 East Clifton Street, Tampa, FL 33610. All orders are for pickup at that address — we do not deliver.
Orders and availability
Everything is baked fresh, and daily availability depends on what was baked that morning. An order is confirmed once payment is completed (or a deposit is recorded for custom cakes). If an item sells out before your payment completes, we’ll tell you right away and you won’t be charged for it.
Payment, pickup, and refunds
Standard online orders are paid in full at checkout through Square. Custom cakes use a non-refundable deposit with the balance due before or at pickup. Our pickup and refund policies are part of these terms: orders not picked up are not refundable, and unclaimed fresh products may be discarded after the posted time on pickup day.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. Products may contain or come into contact with these allergens even when a no-nut option is chosen. If you have a serious allergy, please call us before ordering.
Using this website
Photos and content on this site belong to Cupcake City 813and can’t be reused commercially without permission. We work hard to keep prices and availability accurate; if something is clearly wrong (like a $0 cake), we may cancel and refund that order.
