Store Policies

Short, fair, and written for humans. These policies exist because everything here is baked fresh — they help us take care of every customer, every day.

Pickup policy

Orders placed and not picked up are not refundable. Because everything is baked fresh, we can't hold fresh products indefinitely — unclaimed items may be discarded after 7:00 PM on pickup day.

Please arrive during pickup hours on your chosen date. If something comes up, call us at (813) 731-6163 — the earlier we know, the more we can do to help.

Orders not picked up

Everything we sell is baked fresh for your pickup date, so we can’t hold fresh products indefinitely. Unclaimed fresh orders may be discarded after 7:00 PM on the pickup day, and orders that are not picked up are not refundable.

Refund policy

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If we made a mistake with your order, we'll make it right. Orders that aren't picked up, or canceled because of a change of mind, are not refundable. Cake deposits are non-refundable.

To ask about a refund, call (813) 731-6163 with your order number. Every request is reviewed personally.

Cake deposits

Custom and specialty cakes are arranged by phone. A typical three-layer cake starts around $100, and a $35.00 non-refundable deposit is generally required to hold your order and date. Your exact cake price and deposit are confirmed with Chef Alvin when you place the order, and the balance is due before or at pickup.

Ordering & payment

Cupcake, cheesecake, and other standard online orders are paid in full at checkout through Square, our secure payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Same-day ordering opens at 8:00 AMand stays open while that day’s stock lasts. Pre-orders for future dates are welcome. During certain holidays (like Thanksgiving) special ordering and payment rules may apply and will be shown clearly at checkout.

There is no minimum order, packaging is included in listed prices, and no sales tax is added at this time.
