What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your order (products, flavors, pickup date). If you create an account, we also store your order history so reordering is easy. That’s it — we don’t ask for anything we don’t need to bake and hand you your order.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and never touches our servers — we only receive confirmation that the payment went through and a receipt reference.

How we use your information

To prepare your order and contact you about it (confirmations, pickup reminders).
To look up your history when you ask us to reorder or fix something.
To understand what sells so we bake the right things.

We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services that make the shop run (like Square for payments and our email provider for order confirmations).

Your choices

You can update your profile from your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. When we delete an account we remove your personal details; records we must keep for accounting (like completed payment totals) are kept without your personal information attached.
