Everything customers ask us about ordering cupcakes and cakes in Tampa.
Can I order cupcakes for same-day pickup?
Yes. Same-day online ordering opens at about 8:00 AM, once the day's flavors are posted, and stays open while that day's batch lasts. If a flavor shows Sold Out, it's gone for the day — but you can pre-order it for a future date.
Do the flavors change every day?
They do. Chef Alvin bakes a different selection from his 16 flavors each morning, so today's menu depends on what came out of the oven. Check Today's Available Flavors on the homepage or the Cupcakes page before you order.
How much do cupcakes cost?
$4 for a single cupcake, $20 for a half dozen, $30 for a dozen. Packaging is included and no sales tax is added at this time.
Can I mix flavors in a box?
Yes — a half dozen can include up to 2 flavors, and a dozen can include up to 4 flavors. Singles are one flavor each.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum at all. You can buy one single cupcake.
How do I order a custom cake?
Custom cakes — birthdays, weddings, baby showers, themed designs — are arranged by phone. Call (813) 731-6163 to talk through your design and date with Chef Alvin.
Do custom cakes require a deposit?
Generally yes. A typical three-layer cake starts around $100 and requires a $35.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Your exact price and deposit are confirmed when you order.
Do you deliver?
No — all orders are pickup only at 4012 East Clifton Street, Tampa, FL 33610.
Are you open on Mondays?
We're closed every Monday. The checkout calendar automatically skips Mondays and any other closed dates.
What if I can't pick up my order?
Please call us as early as you can. Orders that aren't picked up are not refundable, and because everything is baked fresh, unclaimed orders may be discarded after 7:00 PM on pickup day.
Do you have options for nut allergies?
Cupcakes can be made with or without nuts, and you can also ask for no icing. Everything is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs, so please call before ordering if you have a serious allergy.
Can I order for Thanksgiving?
Absolutely — Thanksgiving is our biggest week of the year (about 410 dozen cupcakes last year). Holiday ordering may use special rules like pay-at-pickup and an earlier cutoff, which are shown clearly at checkout. Order early!
